Information about how enquiries sent through this website are processed.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

What we collect

If you contact ZaZo AI using our enquiry form, we collect the name, optional organization, email address, area of interest and project description that you submit. Please do not enter passwords or sensitive personal records in an initial enquiry.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry details only to review and respond to your message, discuss requested services or research collaboration, and keep relevant correspondence records. Your submitted information is not shown publicly.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the website’s restricted MySQL database on our hosting account. Website administrators can review and delete enquiry records through a protected dashboard. When a verified company mailbox is configured, the website also attempts to send a notification to it.

Retention

ZaZo AI reviews and deletes enquiries when no longer needed for their original purpose. Automatic deletion is not configured in this release. The company should establish and maintain a formal retention schedule before public launch.

Security

We implement server-side validation, spam checks, administrator authentication, access restrictions, and transport encryption when HTTPS is enabled. No online service can provide an absolute guarantee of security.

External links

Public resource links may lead to sites such as Hugging Face, GitHub or Zenodo, each governed by its own privacy notice, access policies and repository terms.

Contact and privacy questions

To ask about a submission or request deletion, use our contact form. A confirmed privacy email address and a formal retention period should be added after company approval.

Launch review: This notice needs to be checked against the company’s actual operating practices and applicable legal obligations before publication.
